The rigid aluminium construction without a hinge offers maximum stability and a long service life. In addition, the high-quality, non-slip aluminium driving surface ensures optimum grip during loading and unloading, even in wet conditions. The ramps feature a sloping edge for a smooth transition onto the vehicle and a fixing point at the top, so that the ramp can be securely fastened to the trailer or load bed.

Specifications

The taxes listed below have been calculated for a set of two ramps, in accordance with Svelt’s test method. The different values indicate the maximum load at different load points. C.C. indicates a concentrated load in the centre of the ramp, whilst C.D. indicates the maximum load when the load is evenly distributed over a length of 50, 75 or 100 cm.

Safe loading

The ramps are fitted with a sturdy aluminium mounting hook, allowing them to be securely locked onto the load bed or trailer. This ensures that the ramps remain stable and in place whilst loading.

All load-bearing capacities stated apply to a set of two ramps and are based on Svelt’s test results.
